Enable multiple feedbacks per user in one session
Enable multiple feedback per user in one session. Currently if a user clicks on my feedback/comment icon to manually trigger the feedback (just a free-text area), then they close it, now that they know what it is, then cannot open it again. Any future clicks on the icon do nothing. This is poor usability, and they can no longer give feedback. Also, if they DO give feedback, then later want to give more feedback, there is not way to bring back the feedback dialog.

Survey to popup in center of screen
To enhace the conversion of our surveys, I'd like to be able to let a survey popup in the middle of the screen, instead of the left or right corners. This will dramatically increase submissions!

Change the default from slow speed 1 to a higher speed when watching recording.
I am watching several videos. And every video at the top header I The problem is that is that with each video it defaults back to the slowest speed 1. Is there any way in setup, or some where that I can have have control of the viewing speed of the video so that I do not have to change it every time I view a new video?

Make it possible to watch recordings of a single page across multiple visitors back to back.
This would be very helpful in identifying patterns/bugs on a specific page since we could see how a lot of people are using it.

It would be great to filter by group of countries/region.
Could we filter data depending on region or group of countries such as LATAM, EU etc. I know you can filter by individual country but selecting more than country would be a great feature.

Download click statistics in CSV for heatmap.
Heatmaps offer click stats for individual clicks-points, but no option to export an overview in CSV per heatmap. Since this info is already available in mouseflow, it should be possible to aggregate it into a downloadable file. This feature will give valuable insights into user preferences, especially for sites with a lot of links.

Add an optional callback to _mfq.push
When pushing a custom tag or variable when the user clicks on a link, the mouseflow script doesn't have time to record it before the user navigates to the new page. Adding an optional callback - a bit like what google tag manager allows to do with its dataLayer - would allow us to redirect the user only once we're sure the custom tag or variable has been pushed.
Here's how the code could look like:
$('a').on('click', function(e) {
e.preventDefault();
window._mfq.push(['tag', 'my-custom-tag'], function(){
window.location.href = $(this).attr('href'); // this only runs once the tag is successfully pushed and processed by mouseflow…7 votes -
Time Overlap in Dashboard Graph
Similar to Goo Analytics, it would be really nice to be able to take two separate time frames we want to compare and have them both displayed in the graph as an overlay. Say for example Mouseflow data showed a flaw in the way navigation was set up on a site and we corrected the issue. It would be great to show the client the level of traffic the site was getting between dates A and B when the issue was still in place, compared to the level of traffic between dates X and Y, once user experience was improved.

Role Based Functions: Funnels
We have a group of marketing managers who we've set up funnel reports for. They want to be able to add more funnels themselves without relying on administrators. So this request would be to add a way to restrict users based on role only to be able to access certain features (e.g. add new funnels).

Also exclude locations ISP's instead only IP (since a lot have dynamic IP's)
First of all, congratulation with the very nice new version! Working great.
Is it possible to also exclude countries, cities. ISP's etc.When you hover over a flag I see the system is recognising them clearly. And country is always for example China. But IP is always different. Should be nice if you can exclude them aswel.

Zoom in/out for scroll maps
When viewing a scroll map it would be nice to be able to zoom out and see the whole page. I've seen and used this feature elsewhere and found it particularly useful for long page designs to get a better overview of the scroll map.

Option in WordPress plugin to stop tracking users that are logged in (code included!)
At this moment the plugin tracks everyone. Even if you are logged in, that doesn't make sense to track your own visits.
Simple solution is to change this:
function add_mouseflow_script() { echo get_option('mouseflow_script'); }
to
function add_mouseflow_script() { if ( ! current_user_can('edit_posts') || ! is_user_logged_in() ) { echo get_option('mouseflow_script'); } }
3 votesHi Richard,
This sounds like a great idea. I’ll definitely leave pass this along to our developers for inclusion in our next update of the WP plugin.
In the meantime, you could use our ‘Exclude IP’-feature, to make sure your own or your teams visits aren’t recorded. You can read more on that here:

Copy existing funnels
It would be very helpful to create funnels by copying existing ones. This would be useful especially for funnels where just URLs are varying.
Example:
Homepage - product overview - product detail page of product A
Homepage - product overview - product detail page of product BFunnels and numbers of URLs can be more sophisticated, this is just a simple example

Make "Credits Refilled" email more useful by including the amount of new total credits
Currently UI does not provide a report on changes of credit balance month by month. If you've had some credit balance and then downgraded to free account, there is no way of telling how credits have been used during the previous month (because free accounts can see only one month of history).
Hence - simply including new total amount of credits in the email would provide some tracking for historical credit usage.3 votes -
Have the option of adding extra seats/users rather than having to upgrade
It would be useful to be able to just add on extra seats rather than having to upgrade. Not every business needs to record 10,000+ sessions per month but they do need more than one person to have an account. It would be great to have the option to just add an extra user (for a fee) like other pieces of software offer.

The possibility to enter any recording rate between 0%-100%
Currently, it's not possible to define a recording rate between 0% and 100%. Currently there is the recording rate slider , which is limited to define the recording rate as fractions(1/2, 1/3, 1/10, etc.). An exact adjustment between 50% and 100% is currently not possible.

Remove form-interact tag if user interacts with cookie pop-up
if you have a cookie pop up that customers may interact with it currently tags the recording with a user-interact tab. Prior to the pop up we used the form-interacts where no submit tag is present to review why we potentially lost the users interest so makes the data slightly harder to analyse.
