  1. On the settings page, under Recording Controls, have the option to toggle on/off the pages you want to have recorded.

    Currently, you have to add or delete the pages you want recorded. That's easy for simple domain URL structures, but with wildcard structures, this requires custom REGEX in order to track properly.

    If you can toggle on/off the pages you have already input, you could iterate testing quickly and easily on specific pages.

    That way you don't have to delete the page in settings, then re-enter the page info or regex when you want to test specific page performance temporarily.…

  2. Create a report to see daily recording volume across all domains so we can see how we're tracking against remaing credits, and adjust recording rates accordingly.

  3. when asking a question with predefined answers, in radio button or multi select, it is a good idea to have an extra text field where the person can write his answer when the options are not sufficient

  4. We display the livestream constantly in our office. We have two apps separated by different URL paths, both are shown in the livestream, one is seeing more traffic though and as such is shown a lot more often.

    It would be very helpful to be able to apply filters like "never visited /app1/" so we can exclude one of the apps on demand and only see live recordings for the other one.

    I would find it intuitive to just apply the currently selected filters to that and was actually confused this is not the case. Since filters can be saved…

  5. Previously I was able to fully control the recording rate. This is ideal when a client is on a budget and stil wants to get to best results, spread over a month. After a recent update this option has been limited. The higher the price plan is, the more freedom you have in your control rate. Please return this option to all price plans. I'm willing to upgrade for more insights, but this just seems like paying to remove an annoycance.

  6. Seperate the built-in tag with the custom tags so it´s easier to find them directly. Mouseflow should also show ALL the custom tag that are created because it´s hard to keep track of all of them, especially when you also have tags from GTM. And remove the Upper-case sensitivity. And please, make it possible to edit custom tags. Otherwise we have to remove the tag and start from the beginning if something is wrong.

  7. Reviewing feedback from the Mouseflow Feedback Form is quite cumbersome because the columns are so wide. It takes some work to scroll left to right in order to read the comments and then back to watch the session recording, all without losing which line you were on.
    Please retain the width of the column if it is set by the user. Freezing the permanent columns on the left (recording, location, date/time) would be helpful as well.

  8. In the Feedback form, a user needs to click "next" after selecting an NPS score in order to proceed to the next question. Please allow just selecting a score to proceed to the next question (do not require clicking "next").

  9. The URLs of our product pages are different from each other; However, it is possible to group them using RegEx by finding patterns. This is vital to be able to thoroughly analyze user behavior on specific groups of product pages. It is currently impossible to use RegEx in funnels :(

  10. make the feedback form to have the possibility to be triggered multiple times by the same user on the same page. In context of testing new products or features - this can come in handy!

  15. We need more analytics on Returning Visitors. Many visitors convert into buyers after "returning" to the site more than one occasion. Sometimes it is worth to spend more energy on fixing pages where returning visitors bounce out of versus new visitors. A returning visitor tells me that they want to dig deeper. I want to able to convert this returning visitor into a buyer.

    It would help to see a comparison ALL TOGETHER visible New vs Returning instead of having to go through the filters every time to make this adjustment. Allow us to make this feature more permanent. A…

  16. Separate the "Other" category into their own unique pages under the Enter/Exit section. Sometimes the "Other" category is larger than the individual pages. We should be able to see all pages in the Enter/Exit boxes as there may be specific pages we are looking for, but cannot find, because they are hidden in the "Other" category. To create a filter to find what could be inside the "other" is time consuming and cumbersome.

  17. The current Merge URLs function for similar pages is prospective ie only kicks in from the time it is set up. However, it would be more useful if historical data could be merged for a given time window, thus preserving the original page identities for data analysis.

  19. Mouseflow would be really helpfull to add a tagging method for forms based on an excisting GTM datalayer.
    This avoids double tagging and reinventing the wheel.
