  1. Some feedback campaigns should run continuously, gathering feedback permanently over a longer period of time within a given area. Ideally, I'd like a 'tab' style CTA on the right or left hand side of the page which is less intrusive to users. I'd also like to set the height of the tab as a % of the page height.

  2. if you have a cookie pop up that customers may interact with it currently tags the recording with a user-interact tab. Prior to the pop up we used the form-interacts where no submit tag is present to review why we potentially lost the users interest so makes the data slightly harder to analyse.

  3. Allow MouseFlow admins to configure if alerts are sent for particular responses. For instance, if you have a multiple choice question, allow users to configure to receive an alert notifying them of a specific response. Alternatively, provide this as part of the webhook so it can be handled.

  4. Allow users to Sort / Filter by the amount of Actions / clicks / Scrolls (red yellow, green on the site) so we can get to the best videos first. Using time as a proxy is not necessarily the best way to find the best videos (as people can leave their tab open). Sorting by tags is also not as helpful as people can have a form interact but not actually do anything.

  5. Currently all tags are displayed in upper case. We sometimes push case sensitive information to these tags and are unable to further process it when analyzing flows. In order to copy/paste this information we now need to go through the HTML of the page which is a waste of time.

    I understand that the design looks cleaner that way, but it's definitely not useful. Please display information as it is pushed and not as the designer likes it ;P

  6. Return actual recording time in list of recordings from API not just the customer on page time so that I can build a proper autoplay feature in the viewer App I am building for my group. The current duration is often 30-40 minutes but the actual playing time is only a couple of minutes so I don't know when to go to the next video.

  7. Mainly to help provide flexibility in segmenting certain audiences (primarily through custom variables), it's becoming a necessity to add things like "and", "or", "is one of", "is not one of", "except", etc. type of conditional options when specifying tag filters. And the ability needs to be supported both for adding multiple statements together (e.g. this but not this) along with within a single tag (e.g. is one of these 100 IDs).

While tags (especially custom dimensions) make it easy to filter or search for specific recordings in a proactive manner, there's no easy way to easily skim through Recordings from a monitoring perspective because key information being considered, such as those passed through via custom variables, are all bundled in the tags column which becomes cluttered and requires expanding. I suggest providing the ability to add custom columns (or at least columns based on specific custom variables) into the Recordings table interface.

  10. It doesn’t appear that that mouseflow wp plyugin uses the enqueing script with the "wp_enqueue" function. Would love to have this option to increase control over the script.

  12. If I ask basic demographic questions, I would like to be able to filter (for example) the NPS score for each age group. Currently I can only do this via a data export which is capped at 2k line items

  13. Currently old campaign appear to have lost all their data because the default view is 'last 30 days' (I believe). Each time I go to retrieve of feedback data I get a mini-heart attack!

  14. Some of our conversion journeys feature pages which are both success and failure depending on the preceding steps taken by the user. Could we setup funnels with custom variables alongside page URLs to ensure we are giving accurate reporting on user success.

  15. Another format within the feedback feature whereby the end user can rank individual options against each other in a list format. This allows us to collect 'importance' style feedback from users which is crucially important for product development insight when compared with satisfaction metrics.

  16. Into page filter isn't possibile to filter all pages that contains certain word. In many cases the checkuout step have generated urls. The only wildcard availabe is "starts with" (/page*), but in many cases isn't enough

  17. If we change the rate of recordings (to get more data on a specific change we've just pushed out to a page, for example) this messes with the overall number of users/pageviews metrics relative to the rest of our recordings.

    It would be useful to include the current recording rate against each record so that we can weigh our number of users/pageviews stats vs the recording rate at the time (e.g. we know if we increased our recording rate from 20% to 100%, we know we need to divide users/pageviews for the period to even out the values vs the…

  19. If our account has no credits in it, the next month's recordings will automatically start. We like to manually decided what day and time to record. This can be done if we leave a few credits in the system, so for now, we need to keep a watchful eye. It would be nice if there was a setting to guarantee no recordings are done unless triggered by us.

  20. Could we filter data depending on region or group of countries such as LATAM, EU etc. I know you can filter by individual country but selecting more than country would be a great feature.
