Session ID filter in heat maps
This exists for recordings but not heatmaps. This would be hugely useful and allow me to create analysis and segments in GA and export those users to mouseflow and see their specific heat map behavior

Add a new 5000 or 7500 recodrings
maybe some users' web need about 4000 or 5000 recordings every month,and Started plan is not enough for them , and GROWTH plan will cost too much

Filters should have a "Not" option
For example instead of just being to filter by "country," you can filter by "NOT country." I for example want to delete all recordings "NOT" from my country. This would make it simple.

Auto tagging.
mouseflow currently identifies what type of interaction the user had with a site which is displayed in different colours within a recording. Is it possible to associate those colours with a tag? e.g. Red = Scroll, Yellow = mouse clicked. So as a user I can save myself time and only watch the videos I need e.g. videos containing clicks.

Include streets and highways on the Geo Heatmap
I've noticed that streets and property lines will show up if you zoom in far enough on the Geo Heatmap but my organization needs to see where traffic is coming from on a city-wide or county-wide scale. Without streets and highways, its hard to get a sense of exactly where the heat blobs are on the map.

Colored tags
We record a lot of sessions and I love using tags to quickly find specific recordings that I want to watch. But they are all green and when there are a lot of them, that's confusing. I'd love to be able to specify the color of a tag so that I can give different kind of events different colors. Like green for specific page views, blue for interaction with interactive elements, etc. That'd make browsing recordings much more user-friendly.
Example: window._mfq.push(["tag","Watched video","blue"]);

Tagging sessions in the dashboard view that fail to load correctly.
For example, if a CDN asset 404s. Would be nice to see it tagged.

Allow website developers to hook into the friction feature
Allow website developers to hook into the friction feature so that they know immediately that friction has been detected. This could then be used to fire a pop-up instant chat or some way to help the customer. Knowing after the fact via the friction detection on recordings/heatmaps is helpful but even better if the friction can be dealt with there and then too and not just retrospectively.

Allow me to schedule my recordings start/stop times and dates
I'd like to be able to schedule when recordings will start and stop so it doesn't have to be done manually. This would allow me to be able to have things start or stop on weekends without me having to put in extra work hours or work on the weekend (I use mouseflow for research within my company). This is really important, because if I get in late to the office or have to leave early on the 'start' and 'stop' days it can skew my data and mess up my results. Please reconsider this.

Copy existing funnels
It would be very helpful to create funnels by copying existing ones. This would be useful especially for funnels where just URLs are varying.
Example:
Homepage - product overview - product detail page of product A
Homepage - product overview - product detail page of product BFunnels and numbers of URLs can be more sophisticated, this is just a simple example

Feedback campaigns are great but I would like to give users the opportunity to select several answers before sending the form.

Heatmap dashboard
We use the livestream function of the session recordings on a live dashboard in our office. It would be great if you could build such a livestream for heatmap data as well. For example, it can show the click/movement/scroll heatmaps of the top 20 pages for yesterday continuously with 10 second intervals. That would give a glimpse to all collegues about the popular pages. Thanks

Make "Credits Refilled" email more useful by including the amount of new total credits
Currently UI does not provide a report on changes of credit balance month by month. If you've had some credit balance and then downgraded to free account, there is no way of telling how credits have been used during the previous month (because free accounts can see only one month of history).
Hence - simply including new total amount of credits in the email would provide some tracking for historical credit usage.3 votes -
Have the option of adding extra seats/users rather than having to upgrade
It would be useful to be able to just add on extra seats rather than having to upgrade. Not every business needs to record 10,000+ sessions per month but they do need more than one person to have an account. It would be great to have the option to just add an extra user (for a fee) like other pieces of software offer.

The possibility to enter any recording rate between 0%-100%
Currently, it's not possible to define a recording rate between 0% and 100%. Currently there is the recording rate slider , which is limited to define the recording rate as fractions(1/2, 1/3, 1/10, etc.). An exact adjustment between 50% and 100% is currently not possible.
