Jogwheel style playback speed control
Instead if clicking through the playback speed options, I want to be able to control a slider where the center of the slider has the video paused. The right most end of the slider plays the video forward at the fastest speed and the left most end plays the fastest speed in reverse. This would be similar to jog wheel controls in video editing software.
This would preserve the ability to control the speed of progress through long videos while allowing for quick changes to playback speed or even reverse in a natural and intuitive way.

Capturing canvas elements
Mouseflow can't track events and represent changes in a WebGL canvas. Canvas content is not exposed to the DOM, and for this reason, we are unable to record it.

Scroll in "add filters" submenu in recordings
In the recordings, the "add filters" submenu is longer than an entire scroll, but it does not scroll when the mouse is inside of it. have to move my mouse outside to scroll down on the page itself to get to the lower menu items.

Adding a way to see clicks inside a burger menu on mobile device
As we can see users clicks at desktop submenus, it would be great to be able to see clicks inside a burger menu on mobile device.

Filter recordings: Make it possible to enter full urls for "visited pages"
When you filter recordings by "visited pages", currently it's not possible to filter by full urls e.g. "https://mysite.com/testpage". You need to enter the host and path. e.g. "mysite.com/testpage". This is often more effort, because it would be easier to copy-paste the full url from the browser.
Feature request: In addition to host+path, also allow to enter full urls.

Allow multiple triggers for one feedback campaign
It does not make a lot of sense for me to have multiple individual friction-event triggers that you cannot select simultaneously. You could add an additional option called "all friction events" or allow multiple-trigger selection.

Limit survey triggers and survey results based on tags and variables
As a user, I want to be able to limit feedback forms to a subset of users based on tags and variables passed to MF.
When I'm looking at the results for a feedback form I want to be able to add columns to the report that show me what their average friction score is and also surface tags and variables associated with that user.

Display the click percentage on the heatmap directly.
Could you display the percentage of the clicks beside the click number shown on the heatmap, instead of showing it after hovering?
e.g instead of showing "2 Clicks", show "2 Clicks (4.3 %)"

Complete feedback survey after specific question
When configuring feedback surveys, allow the author to complete the survey after a specific question rather than only giving the option to finish a survey on a specific question.
This would enable the author to have specific, pointed follow-up questions in a survey without having to go to always follow the order of all questions.

Webhooks for Feedback Responses
Create a webhook that is triggered when a response is submitted to a feedback survey. This will allow us to automatically send the feedback to other systems in our stack that we use for tracking feature requests and product feedback.

Allow exclude by identified individual, not just by IP, which can change. I can identify myself on multiple devices, and they all come up as my name, even with dynamic IP. I would like to be able to exclude this identified name from future recordings.

Add option to ignore recordings under a certain length
A great feature would be to allow recordings under a certain length to be ignored (e.g. under 30 seconds).
The short videos offer little value to us. I use Mouseflow on a large property rental website and recordings under 30 seconds often offer us little to no value. There is simply not enough content to see valuable insights 90% of the time.
We can (and do) simply ignore these recordings but its a pain for us to waste so many of our credits on these short recordings. For example, over the last few days, 985 of our 3400 recordings are…

Funnels by traffic source.
I HIGHLY suggest that for the funnel, you allow for a filter to show it by traffic source. So I could break out funnel by Facebook Traffic, Google Traffic, etc.

dropdown in the filter "Pages visited"
Hello! My name is Anna and I have an issue with filters. When I want to add the filter "Pages visited" I have a problem with URL recognition because the dropdown with URLs is too short and I can't understand what URL I need. Can you please make the dropdown wider or add the full name of the URL in the hint?

Export MP4 video from the recorded session, to be repurposed in third party integration.s
currently the downloaded recorded session cannot be played in a mobile browser, becase the recorded sites's css enter into account and break the look and feel of the recorded session.

Avoid recording with less than certain duration, browser and sources
set a condition in mouseflow where is to avoid recording whichever meets certain duration, browser and source. eg: not recording from wasting credit to record those with less than 20 seconds duration.

Heat Map DashBoard Metrics Consumable visa API
The heat map dashboard metrics are useful but serve no purpose unless we can add that data to other data points in traditionally database systems. Being able to consume this data in a more technically savvy fashion would make mouseflow very valuable to our business.
So what I propose is an API with data range parameters that will give me those dashboard metrics in a JSON format. Should be a relatively easy design and will bring tons of value. I also see another feature request for this data but not specifically API.

Add NPS score in the Weekly Report
I would like to be able to customize my weekly report. For exemple, it will be great if I could add my NPS score or any other Mouseflow KPIs in this report. It's a nice overview to provide to a manager.
