Scroll in "add filters" submenu in recordings
In the recordings, the "add filters" submenu is longer than an entire scroll, but it does not scroll when the mouse is inside of it. have to move my mouse outside to scroll down on the page itself to get to the lower menu items.

Add fields in the CSV feedback report
Add the information of Browser and other fields used normally as filters in the CSV report when downloading the feedback to identify and segment responses according to these fields.

Let users track interaction on elements that are placed in scrolled elements other than the body
Currently when viewing pages with scrollable content in an inner element, heatmap interations just scroll along the element rather than stay fixed. Also no interaction "below the fold" is tracked.
Either make mouseflow track scroll on inner elements automatically or let users decide which elements to track.
This would help users with a non standard layout using panels and other surfaces such as is likely in enterprise contexts.

Project level alert settings
Make alert settings global (project level) where any administrator can access and manage. This enterprise approach prevents duplication of alerts, the loss of alerts if the user is removed or their role in the company changes.

make it possible to copy the textual response
I can't copy the responses of my survey question because it gets cut short to "Answer to the survey...". Whenever you hover over the answer you see the full respone but i'd like to copy the responses so i can paste it in another document.

let users create custom tags by providing css selectors manually in the custom tags tool
We use automatic ui testing tools and important ui elements have unique identifiers which are more robust than nth of type selectors using the custom tag manager today.
Let users provide alternate selectors when creating custom tags using the custom tag manager

Adapt the Feedback surveys for Customer Notification
Currently if we have a service issue, we have been using the Feedback survey to display when opening the dashboard (first page) or our selfcare app/portal to notify our customers of the issue. It works great, easy to configure and control.
Since we are adapting from feedback to a different purpose there are some shortcomings.
1. A link can't be added to the content of the message. This would be very helpful for providing a link to our help forum, for example.

Merging heatmap data retrospectively
The current Merge URLs function for similar pages is prospective ie only kicks in from the time it is set up. However, it would be more useful if historical data could be merged for a given time window, thus preserving the original page identities for data analysis.

Inside the Enter/Exit boxes: Do not hide what is inside the "Other" Category.
Separate the "Other" category into their own unique pages under the Enter/Exit section. Sometimes the "Other" category is larger than the individual pages. We should be able to see all pages in the Enter/Exit boxes as there may be specific pages we are looking for, but cannot find, because they are hidden in the "Other" category. To create a filter to find what could be inside the "other" is time consuming and cumbersome.

NPS Score submission
In the Feedback form, a user needs to click "next" after selecting an NPS score in order to proceed to the next question. Please allow just selecting a score to proceed to the next question (do not require clicking "next").

Feedback Responses List Column Width
Reviewing feedback from the Mouseflow Feedback Form is quite cumbersome because the columns are so wide. It takes some work to scroll left to right in order to read the comments and then back to watch the session recording, all without losing which line you were on.
Please retain the width of the column if it is set by the user. Freezing the permanent columns on the left (recording, location, date/time) would be helpful as well.1 vote -
Make it possible to filter on custom tags or build-in tags and seperate them, and also make it possible to Edit custom tags
Seperate the built-in tag with the custom tags so it´s easier to find them directly. Mouseflow should also show ALL the custom tag that are created because it´s hard to keep track of all of them, especially when you also have tags from GTM. And remove the Upper-case sensitivity. And please, make it possible to edit custom tags. Otherwise we have to remove the tag and start from the beginning if something is wrong.

Filter the Livestream also using currently selected filters
We display the livestream constantly in our office. We have two apps separated by different URL paths, both are shown in the livestream, one is seeing more traffic though and as such is shown a lot more often.
It would be very helpful to be able to apply filters like "never visited /app1/" so we can exclude one of the apps on demand and only see live recordings for the other one.
I would find it intuitive to just apply the currently selected filters to that and was actually confused this is not the case. Since filters can be saved…
