Print invoices
Make it possible to print invoices for all payments. I'm using my personal VISA card, but would like to print an invoice needed for my company's book keeping (and for me, so I can let the company pay).
2 votesThis can be done by signing in, clicking the “Account” menu and looking under the section “Invoices”. Click on an invoice to download it as PDF.

Make it so that a secure pop-up form can be viewed from the recording
View a pop-up secure contact form screen to show on recording - or tell me how to do it!
2 votesWe should be able to pick up a secure pop-up form. Contact our support staff at support@mouseflow.com for any questions on this.

Show the title of pages in the single-pages table
In the table with the single pages or any table view that shows the pages, it would be very useful to see and sort by the page's HTML title tag. I know I can see it in the tooltip, but some of my pages have different content, but the same URL, so it's easier to tell them apart by the title.
2 votesIt’s not possible to see page titles in the table view without the mouseover. But it is possible to use the search function to search for given page titles – that will effectively filter the recording list based on your input.

Track the number of unique visitors for more UX insights
The idea is to divide the number of page views into unique visitors (so a returning visitor is only counted once) and page views at all.
This helps to to see if the pageviews and clicks are only coming from a few but often returning visitors.
The clicks on buttons etc. are more reliable if returning visitors are not counted as the already have the learning curve to know how the website is structured - as they have adapted already. The statistics will give different insights when returning visitors are only counted once.2 votesThis feature is now part of our interface (from the dashboard).

Movement map based on DOM elements, not position of page
Movement heatmaps should render the data points relative to the DOM elements.
current implementation will not work for us as a lot of our pages that we would like to use mouseflow on will not have their data in the same relative position (for example: some pages would have certain data missing vs. others)
2 votesThis request has now been completed. The heatspots in the movement map are now rendered relative to the DOM elements.

liability of recording keystrokes in cart
This seems dangerous, recording keystrokes in the shopping cart and transmitting back to the server. i would like to watch how and when carts get abandoned and why, but this seems risky.
1 voteYou can mark specific input fields with the class “no-mouseflow” which ensures that no keystrokes etc. are sent from that input field.

custom fields
Allow me to send you custom data fields, like member ID, age etc. based on my own data
1 voteThis is now possible to do using our ‘Custom variables/tagging’ feature. You can read the full write-up on that here:

"Eliminate Desktops and Smartphone" Option from recording (if possible)
"Eyetracking" only effective for mouse users. This would help consolodate unnecessary recordings.
I do not know if laptops can be detected.
1 voteHi Paul,
This is actually possible if you surround the tracking code with a test to determine the width of the browser window.
Here’s an example:
if(screen.width > 768) {
// paste tracking code here
}This will cause Mouseflow to only record visits for users who have the browser width set greater than 768.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Trent

Issues with mouseflow
Hi,
I couldn't find another place to email. Mouseflow was working fine until we installed the latest version of wordpress. Now it doesn't record anything although I've reentered the tracking code and all appears OK in the backend of wordpress.

FIX LOGIN
When trying to log in, the email I changed my login to last night says "Does not exist" and if I try to log into the email that it was registered with, I get immediately redirected to this URL.

Start recording when users hit a specified page
...so that I can review how users behave after interacting with specified parts of a site.
1 voteWith Mouseflow, you can determine whether to record visitors based on a specific entry page. This requires the use of cookies and JavaScript to conditionally include the tracking code.
Read more on this technique here:

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for posting!
Our platform is unable to record content in an IFRAME if the tracking code cannot be installed within it.
We can, however, record the rest of the website in its entirety.
Can you email me at tscott [at] mouseflow.com? I’d be happy to help you set this up.
Regards,
Trent

Select What URL's I want Recorded, Ignore the rest
I am often only interested in recording certain pages.
1 voteWith Mouseflow, you can simply choose to add the tracking code only to those pages you need to have recorded.
So if you only need, say, a landing page recorded, you can achieve this by adding the tracking code to that page only.

Allow users to browse custom variable values
To filter you have to choose the key and manually enter the value but allowing users to see a list of all the values for a particular key would be useful.
1 voteThis feature is now available in our new UI: https://app.mouseflow.com/sign-in

Add text annotations to recordings
Builds on idea of starring recordings. Being able to enter notes will allows a viewer to indicate important things about that video. Then, a different person could find videos with certain notes/keywords. This is a huge time savings should one person review the videos, annotate, and then pass annotated videos to the user interface team.
1 voteIn our new UI, you can now tag a recording with any comments you have – and use those tags to filter the recording list.
Try it out here:
https://app.mouseflow.com/sign-in -
Allow searching for multible tags
Allow searching for more than one tag at a time, ie. recordings that have tag A and tag B, but not tag C etc.
1 voteYou can now filter with as many tags/custom variables as you need directly from your recording list.

Record screencasts for non-public pages
We have a SaaS web application that I need to view user recordings for, so we can optimise our UX.
1 voteMouseflow already supports recording non-puplic pages. All you need to do is enable ‘Session Support’ on your project.
You can read more on this here:

Advance filtering
Make it possible to filter on more options. E.g Visitors who have visit x-page and spent x-time or x-pageviews. Would make it possible to find all visitors who added a product to the cart - and not only showing that visitor once - and not x-times they visit the cart.
1 voteHi,
This is available within Mouseflow.
You can filter for visits that view a specific page by clicking Recordings > Single Pages and setting a filter for a specific “Page” that must be viewed in a session.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Trent
