Add Comments to Heatmaps and Recordings
Allow Users to leave comments on a heatmap or recording to increase collaboration and help teams action on insights they find.

Copy existing funnels
It would be very helpful to create funnels by copying existing ones. This would be useful especially for funnels where just URLs are varying.
Example:
Homepage - product overview - product detail page of product A
Homepage - product overview - product detail page of product BFunnels and numbers of URLs can be more sophisticated, this is just a simple example

make it possible for users to give multiple answers in multiple choice questions
Feedback campaigns are great but I would like to give users the opportunity to select several answers before sending the form.

Heatmap dashboard
We use the livestream function of the session recordings on a live dashboard in our office. It would be great if you could build such a livestream for heatmap data as well. For example, it can show the click/movement/scroll heatmaps of the top 20 pages for yesterday continuously with 10 second intervals. That would give a glimpse to all collegues about the popular pages. Thanks

Make "Credits Refilled" email more useful by including the amount of new total credits
Currently UI does not provide a report on changes of credit balance month by month. If you've had some credit balance and then downgraded to free account, there is no way of telling how credits have been used during the previous month (because free accounts can see only one month of history).
Hence - simply including new total amount of credits in the email would provide some tracking for historical credit usage.3 votes -
Have the option of adding extra seats/users rather than having to upgrade
It would be useful to be able to just add on extra seats rather than having to upgrade. Not every business needs to record 10,000+ sessions per month but they do need more than one person to have an account. It would be great to have the option to just add an extra user (for a fee) like other pieces of software offer.

The possibility to enter any recording rate between 0%-100%
Currently, it's not possible to define a recording rate between 0% and 100%. Currently there is the recording rate slider , which is limited to define the recording rate as fractions(1/2, 1/3, 1/10, etc.). An exact adjustment between 50% and 100% is currently not possible.

Provide a 'feedback tab' style CTA for continuous feedback campaigns
Some feedback campaigns should run continuously, gathering feedback permanently over a longer period of time within a given area. Ideally, I'd like a 'tab' style CTA on the right or left hand side of the page which is less intrusive to users. I'd also like to set the height of the tab as a % of the page height.

Remove form-interact tag if user interacts with cookie pop-up
if you have a cookie pop up that customers may interact with it currently tags the recording with a user-interact tab. Prior to the pop up we used the form-interacts where no submit tag is present to review why we potentially lost the users interest so makes the data slightly harder to analyse.

Allow Notifications for Certain Responses
Allow MouseFlow admins to configure if alerts are sent for particular responses. For instance, if you have a multiple choice question, allow users to configure to receive an alert notifying them of a specific response. Alternatively, provide this as part of the webhook so it can be handled.

Sort / Filter by "Engagement Time"
Allow users to Sort / Filter by the amount of Actions / clicks / Scrolls (red yellow, green on the site) so we can get to the best videos first. Using time as a proxy is not necessarily the best way to find the best videos (as people can leave their tab open). Sorting by tags is also not as helpful as people can have a form interact but not actually do anything.

Stop enforcing uppercase for tags
Currently all tags are displayed in upper case. We sometimes push case sensitive information to these tags and are unable to further process it when analyzing flows. In order to copy/paste this information we now need to go through the HTML of the page which is a waste of time.
I understand that the design looks cleaner that way, but it's definitely not useful. Please display information as it is pushed and not as the designer likes it ;P

Return actual recording time in list of recordings from API not just the customer on page time so that I can build a proper autoplay feature in the viewer App I am building for my group. The current duration is often 30-40 minutes but the actual playing time is only a couple of minutes so I don't know when to go to the next video.

Conditional filtering / logic statements for Tags
Mainly to help provide flexibility in segmenting certain audiences (primarily through custom variables), it's becoming a necessity to add things like "and", "or", "is one of", "is not one of", "except", etc. type of conditional options when specifying tag filters. And the ability needs to be supported both for adding multiple statements together (e.g. this but not this) along with within a single tag (e.g. is one of these 100 IDs).

Custom columns in Recordings UI
While tags (especially custom dimensions) make it easy to filter or search for specific recordings in a proactive manner, there's no easy way to easily skim through Recordings from a monitoring perspective because key information being considered, such as those passed through via custom variables, are all bundled in the tags column which becomes cluttered and requires expanding. I suggest providing the ability to add custom columns (or at least columns based on specific custom variables) into the Recordings table interface.

Wp Enqueue
It doesn’t appear that that mouseflow wp plyugin uses the enqueing script with the "wp_enqueue" function. Would love to have this option to increase control over the script.

Allow feedback data to be filtered by the answers to other questions
If I ask basic demographic questions, I would like to be able to filter (for example) the NPS score for each age group. Currently I can only do this via a data export which is capped at 2k line items

Make the default view on deactivated feedback campaigns set to 'all time'
Currently old campaign appear to have lost all their data because the default view is 'last 30 days' (I believe). Each time I go to retrieve of feedback data I get a mini-heart attack!
