Adapt the Feedback surveys for Customer Notification
Currently if we have a service issue, we have been using the Feedback survey to display when opening the dashboard (first page) or our selfcare app/portal to notify our customers of the issue. It works great, easy to configure and control.
Since we are adapting from feedback to a different purpose there are some shortcomings.
1. A link can't be added to the content of the message. This would be very helpful for providing a link to our help forum, for example.
2. We have to include a feedback input such as a field. For a notification this would not be required.
This does look like a simple feature - based on the existing feedback code - that we would see great benefit from.
