  2. Complete feedback survey after specific question

    When configuring feedback surveys, allow the author to complete the survey after a specific question rather than only giving the option to finish a survey on a specific question.

    This would enable the author to have specific, pointed follow-up questions in a survey without having to go to always follow the order of all questions.

  5. Enable Specific (Action-Based) Multi-User Permissions

    On multi-user accounts, enable permissions that allow for specific actions to be authorized/not authorized on an account. For example, a user could be allowed to view statistics on Account A, but only heatmaps on Account B.

  6. Allow me to select which metric is charted on Page analysis page

    Currently Page Analysis charts page views. I would also like the ability to view avg. visit length over time or Avg interaction time over time to help me understand if changes make a difference once folks are on a page.

    benchmark for (for example) heatmap

    Now, you have to look each time to see if the heatmap is interesting enough. But you don't know what the best time is to look.
    You do know when you find a number of recordings interesting.
    So I suggest a field where you can fill in a "target-number of recordings" When this number is reached, I want to receive a notification mail.

  11. Grouping Videos by Variables (contains or does not contain)

    Under filters, if you could add 'contains' of 'does not contain' to the variables section that would help us group videos by campaign or keyword group, potentially even add regex. For example, if we had the following keywords:

    beach excursion
    beach getaway
    beach getaways
    beach getaways from
    beach travel deal
    beach travel deals
    beach trip
    beach vacation
    cheap beach getaways from

    I could user the filter utm_term variable contains beach and then easily watch all the beach themed videos.

    Would like to have real-time notifications. A notification should be sent directly when a recording has occurred. Now we have to wait for one hour to get a notification.

  13. Include the current recording rate as a value in the All Recordings extract

    If we change the rate of recordings (to get more data on a specific change we've just pushed out to a page, for example) this messes with the overall number of users/pageviews metrics relative to the rest of our recordings.

    It would be useful to include the current recording rate against each record so that we can weigh our number of users/pageviews stats vs the recording rate at the time (e.g. we know if we increased our recording rate from 20% to 100%, we know we need to divide users/pageviews for the period to even out the values vs the…

  14. Ranked list question format in feedback

    Another format within the feedback feature whereby the end user can rank individual options against each other in a list format. This allows us to collect 'importance' style feedback from users which is crucially important for product development insight when compared with satisfaction metrics.

  15. Make the default view on deactivated feedback campaigns set to 'all time'

    Currently old campaign appear to have lost all their data because the default view is 'last 30 days' (I believe). Each time I go to retrieve of feedback data I get a mini-heart attack!

  16. Allow feedback data to be filtered by the answers to other questions

    If I ask basic demographic questions, I would like to be able to filter (for example) the NPS score for each age group. Currently I can only do this via a data export which is capped at 2k line items

    It doesn’t appear that that mouseflow wp plyugin uses the enqueing script with the "wp_enqueue" function. Would love to have this option to increase control over the script.

  18. Have the option of adding extra seats/users rather than having to upgrade

    It would be useful to be able to just add on extra seats rather than having to upgrade. Not every business needs to record 10,000+ sessions per month but they do need more than one person to have an account. It would be great to have the option to just add an extra user (for a fee) like other pieces of software offer.

  19. Copy existing funnels

    It would be very helpful to create funnels by copying existing ones. This would be useful especially for funnels where just URLs are varying.

    Example:
    Homepage - product overview - product detail page of product A
    Homepage - product overview - product detail page of product B

    Funnels and numbers of URLs can be more sophisticated, this is just a simple example
