Watch recordings for a specific page only
I want to be able to watch recordings for only a specific page without a lot of friction. Right now in order to do this, I have to filter the records down to a specific page and open every single one to only view the portion of the recording I want to see.

It would be great to filter by group of countries/region.
Could we filter data depending on region or group of countries such as LATAM, EU etc. I know you can filter by individual country but selecting more than country would be a great feature.

Create a setting that could avoid automatic recordings once the credits are refilled.
If our account has no credits in it, the next month's recordings will automatically start. We like to manually decided what day and time to record. This can be done if we leave a few credits in the system, so for now, we need to keep a watchful eye. It would be nice if there was a setting to guarantee no recordings are done unless triggered by us.

Limit survey triggers and survey results based on tags and variables
As a user, I want to be able to limit feedback forms to a subset of users based on tags and variables passed to MF.
When I'm looking at the results for a feedback form I want to be able to add columns to the report that show me what their average friction score is and also surface tags and variables associated with that user.

Add option to ignore recordings under a certain length
A great feature would be to allow recordings under a certain length to be ignored (e.g. under 30 seconds).
The short videos offer little value to us. I use Mouseflow on a large property rental website and recordings under 30 seconds often offer us little to no value. There is simply not enough content to see valuable insights 90% of the time.
We can (and do) simply ignore these recordings but its a pain for us to waste so many of our credits on these short recordings. For example, over the last few days, 985 of our 3400 recordings are…

Add feature enabling export of many recordings at once
Currently each recording needs to be downloaded separately. We need to export a sampling of recordings from custom-defined segments on a regular cadence, for auditing purposes.

Last click
I currently find it hard to see what the last click was on a page during a recording so I can see what the user clicked before jumping to the next page. It would be great to be able to see it more prominently...maybe just adding a fraction of a second pause before moving to the next page in the recording.

Advanced Searching of Heatmap Links with Regex
Create an advanced searching feature so similar links like "/home" and "/en/home" will show up together instead of simply searching for "home" which can return a host of links like "/en/home/signup/page=2" when I simply want to view only Homepage heatmaps. Allow some kind of regex search that allows for special characters like "/" "&" etc.

Tagging sessions in the dashboard view that fail to load correctly.
For example, if a CDN asset 404s. Would be nice to see it tagged.

Sort / Filter by "Engagement Time"
Allow users to Sort / Filter by the amount of Actions / clicks / Scrolls (red yellow, green on the site) so we can get to the best videos first. Using time as a proxy is not necessarily the best way to find the best videos (as people can leave their tab open). Sorting by tags is also not as helpful as people can have a form interact but not actually do anything.

Remove form-interact tag if user interacts with cookie pop-up
if you have a cookie pop up that customers may interact with it currently tags the recording with a user-interact tab. Prior to the pop up we used the form-interacts where no submit tag is present to review why we potentially lost the users interest so makes the data slightly harder to analyse.

Enable duplicating site projects: it takes some time to copy all the settings etc. which are already set before to another project.

The possibility to enter any recording rate between 0%-100%
Currently, it's not possible to define a recording rate between 0% and 100%. Currently there is the recording rate slider , which is limited to define the recording rate as fractions(1/2, 1/3, 1/10, etc.). An exact adjustment between 50% and 100% is currently not possible.

Avoid recording with less than certain duration, browser and sources
set a condition in mouseflow where is to avoid recording whichever meets certain duration, browser and source. eg: not recording from wasting credit to record those with less than 20 seconds duration.

Make "Credits Refilled" email more useful by including the amount of new total credits
Currently UI does not provide a report on changes of credit balance month by month. If you've had some credit balance and then downgraded to free account, there is no way of telling how credits have been used during the previous month (because free accounts can see only one month of history).
Hence - simply including new total amount of credits in the email would provide some tracking for historical credit usage.3 votes -
Heatmap dashboard
We use the livestream function of the session recordings on a live dashboard in our office. It would be great if you could build such a livestream for heatmap data as well. For example, it can show the click/movement/scroll heatmaps of the top 20 pages for yesterday continuously with 10 second intervals. That would give a glimpse to all collegues about the popular pages. Thanks

Feedback campaigns are great but I would like to give users the opportunity to select several answers before sending the form.

Webhooks for Feedback Responses
Create a webhook that is triggered when a response is submitted to a feedback survey. This will allow us to automatically send the feedback to other systems in our stack that we use for tracking feature requests and product feedback.

Allow multiple triggers for one feedback campaign
It does not make a lot of sense for me to have multiple individual friction-event triggers that you cannot select simultaneously. You could add an additional option called "all friction events" or allow multiple-trigger selection.
