Feedback campaign selected by countries
Hi,
it would be realy nice if it's possible to select the feedbackbox not only with language or os. The country ist very interesting also. So you could start different campaings e.g for shipping information spezific for the countrys. Mouseflow use the country flag in recordings. So it should be possible to add the country filter for the feedback campaigns.4 votes -

City filter in the dashboard
I would like to add a city filter so I can remove my colleagues recordings from the dashboard charts (it's messing with the actual user footage)

Account management
Especially relevant for agencies or consultants working with Mouseflow for multiple clients. If the clients have their own Mouseflow Space and a consultant registers within their space, he cannot use the same email address anymore for his own space or for other clients.
Plenty of tools have good solutions for that (e.g. Slack, Miro, ...), just check them out.4 votes -

Last click
I currently find it hard to see what the last click was on a page during a recording so I can see what the user clicked before jumping to the next page. It would be great to be able to see it more prominently...maybe just adding a fraction of a second pause before moving to the next page in the recording.

Tagging sessions in the dashboard view that fail to load correctly.
For example, if a CDN asset 404s. Would be nice to see it tagged.

It would be great to filter by group of countries/region.
Could we filter data depending on region or group of countries such as LATAM, EU etc. I know you can filter by individual country but selecting more than country would be a great feature.

Allow website developers to hook into the friction feature
Allow website developers to hook into the friction feature so that they know immediately that friction has been detected. This could then be used to fire a pop-up instant chat or some way to help the customer. Knowing after the fact via the friction detection on recordings/heatmaps is helpful but even better if the friction can be dealt with there and then too and not just retrospectively.

Option in WordPress plugin to stop tracking users that are logged in (code included!)
At this moment the plugin tracks everyone. Even if you are logged in, that doesn't make sense to track your own visits.
Simple solution is to change this:

This sounds like a great idea. I’ll definitely leave pass this along to our developers for inclusion in our next update of the WP plugin.

Auto tagging.
mouseflow currently identifies what type of interaction the user had with a site which is displayed in different colours within a recording. Is it possible to associate those colours with a tag? e.g. Red = Scroll, Yellow = mouse clicked. So as a user I can save myself time and only watch the videos I need e.g. videos containing clicks.

Add time stamps
Very often we find that something (perhaps an error) occurred so many clicks or pages into a flow it would be great to:
a) display at what time the event happened
b) be able to link (+/- 30s or something) to the timed even to pass onto our dev team3 votes -

Feedback campaigns are great but I would like to give users the opportunity to select several answers before sending the form.

Heatmap dashboard
We use the livestream function of the session recordings on a live dashboard in our office. It would be great if you could build such a livestream for heatmap data as well. For example, it can show the click/movement/scroll heatmaps of the top 20 pages for yesterday continuously with 10 second intervals. That would give a glimpse to all collegues about the popular pages. Thanks

Make "Credits Refilled" email more useful by including the amount of new total credits
Currently UI does not provide a report on changes of credit balance month by month. If you've had some credit balance and then downgraded to free account, there is no way of telling how credits have been used during the previous month (because free accounts can see only one month of history).
Hence - simply including new total amount of credits in the email would provide some tracking for historical credit usage.3 votes -
The possibility to enter any recording rate between 0%-100%
Currently, it's not possible to define a recording rate between 0% and 100%. Currently there is the recording rate slider , which is limited to define the recording rate as fractions(1/2, 1/3, 1/10, etc.). An exact adjustment between 50% and 100% is currently not possible.

Remove form-interact tag if user interacts with cookie pop-up
if you have a cookie pop up that customers may interact with it currently tags the recording with a user-interact tab. Prior to the pop up we used the form-interacts where no submit tag is present to review why we potentially lost the users interest so makes the data slightly harder to analyse.

Create a setting that could avoid automatic recordings once the credits are refilled.
If our account has no credits in it, the next month's recordings will automatically start. We like to manually decided what day and time to record. This can be done if we leave a few credits in the system, so for now, we need to keep a watchful eye. It would be nice if there was a setting to guarantee no recordings are done unless triggered by us.

Whole or single element screen capture for feedback
An option on feedback campaigns to allow a user to capture a screen shot of the whole screen on an element (like mopinion or hotjar). Marry this with the suggested feature to always show the feedback form tab, and the one to allow Likert style questions and you have a competitive feature.

Advanced Searching of Heatmap Links with Regex
Create an advanced searching feature so similar links like "/home" and "/en/home" will show up together instead of simply searching for "home" which can return a host of links like "/en/home/signup/page=2" when I simply want to view only Homepage heatmaps. Allow some kind of regex search that allows for special characters like "/" "&" etc.
