It is hard to get a good sense of what the tracked results look like. An example video would help a million.

I'd like to see a page load faster that uses the mouseflow javascript code

While in recording view, when hovering over the "Link source" I can see in the end of the address a part of the keyword used in Google to open my site. wouldn't it be great to have those keywords monitored, this way i can see which keyword provided longest time on the page. and what did they look for in my site. it gives a huge power to the site owner.

While being able to choose only to record every 10th or 5th vistor I miss to be able to record x-number of recordings pr. day. That way you don't have to worry about running out of recordings. It's sorta what you can do with Google Adwords aswell.

All my product pages are the same layout and I would like to see a heatmap for all product pages combined.. Although some parts of the heatmap wouldn't be accurate (as content length differs) much of it would be. Set's of pages could be defined using wildcards or even regex's

Mouseflow has potential when you watch alot of recordings and get the "feeling" of the visitors. It would help if the recordings you've already viewed are marked. Like browser does it with links you've clicked before.

There appears to be no way to share the insights on this software - if i am to use it as part of my management reporting I need an easy way to export reports. Ideally scheduled email reporting.

I would suggest that based on the IP, to not only show the country but also try to show the Service Provider (as it sometimes is named after the company where the user originates from). This is useful for B2B websites.

You can get that info for European IPs at http://www.ripe.net

It will match the category "Service Provider" from Google Analytics.

The goal is to separate users by kinds based on source.

create a list of most used paths visitors follow but group pages. Eg. your website has profiles, newsitems, events, etc. and you want to know whether visitors usually enter a search, click on a result, go to a detail page or do visitors usually come in through a news item, then click on a tag, then click on a item detail etc.

User can create labels and apply a label or group of labels to a recorded session allowing for later reference by label.

I have a purchase that was made at a specific date and time. It's impossible to find the matching recording as all you show is '3 days ago'. I have to sift through a whole day of recordings to find it.

It is really annoying that one cannot copy a URL of a visitor to the clipboard. Because it is only shown in a non selectable popup one has to write down by hand the IP if he wants to further evaluate on it. It should be at least possible to select and copy it. I find it difficult to to identify the videos. would be great if all the videos have #numbers before them
